What do you do when...

....your BM no longer works at the RH????

I've been trying to contact my BM to ask him questions about my RH and contract and such. I've been trying to reach him since dec 2nd. The RH finally got a hold of me today explaining that my BM is no longer there... What do I do now?? He was a great guy and now he's gone. and what happens to my contract?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

I'm pretty sure your contract will still be honored as it was prior to BM leaving, but you should ask them to assign you to another BM.
If you know of any other BM there you would prefer, ask for them.

I wouldn't freak out to much though, I'm sure your RH has something figured out.

My BM left my reception hall.

Doesn't mean anything, I actually like the new one better.

my BM left too and from the reviews I've read of my RH, it seems to happen a lot there, but they all had beautiful weddings and everything was put together just as the couple wanted it. I don't really think its a big deal, but I would ask ur RH who should be your BM now so you have a direct contact.

Our weddings are still over a year away- people quit, get fired, takes leaves for various reasons - it will probably happen to a lot of us that we get new BMs.

Thanks ladies!! I called and made an appointment to see a new BM and I guess I gotta be ready for anything to happen at the RH... I was just unsure as to what was going to happen next...

My original BM left as well..we liked him but when I went to drop off a payment I spoke to another BM that girls on here had and we happy with. So now she is my new BM

It's all in your contract what you are getting so there is no need to worry about that part
