If it's someone important, I say something usually after I calm down or can talk reasonably.

If it's someone I don't care about, I ignore it. I am not going to waste an emotion on someone I dont care about.

I tell them straight out that I was offended. Don't pull any punches ever, and it usually stops them in their tracks!

Depends on who offended me and how, but almost always, I will say something...
I would approach it different depending on the situation. was it intentional, was it behind your back? are you close with this person?

Just let the person know by talking to them. Sometimes its not meant to be intentional and the individual didnt realize it offended you.

For example someone said something which was a joke, but i didnt realize it was a joke and wrote them an email. In the end it worked out and no worries.

So its always best to just say hey look you said this and it hurt me a little.

BUT if its someone you dont like hey tell them listen up, you said something that was offensive about me and i think that was very rude of you.

It takes a lot to offend me... but i feel slighted, I usually just tell them. Most times its a misunderstanding. If its was meant to be rude, at least I know that person better in terms of what I dont want to deal with.

Depends on who, what, where etc. If it's someone in my family or a very, very close friend, I let them know, in a nice way of couse. Other than that I usually just **** it up. But I remember it and try not to put myself in a situation with that person again that will allow it to happen again.

I try to let them know how they made me feel. I am not a confrontational person so sometimes this is hard.

i say tell them before it builds even more... plus then that 'll be less time that you hold a grudge...

I'm with Yabbobay. I never say anything, until I get home, I Bitch about it to my FH, or if it's someone from his family, I Bitch to my mom. It's a bad way of dealing, but that's just how I am.

it depends on who and what..
if its my fiances family normally i just tell him that im upset, then i feel good letting it out, and i drop it..

with my grandmother i flat out tell her cause she ALWAYS has to make comments 'you know you better not gain any weight, otherwise mike might leave you'.... or the 'you better not get pregnant'(where does she get this stuff from, we havent consumated our relationship yet..) ....with that one i say 'grandma bernie bettr not get you pregnant..'

if it is someone I know and care about...then I will say something. Otherwise, I could care less and just ignore them.
