i try not to do that too often though... well, excepet when i have colds... like last night... slept like a baby

Nyquil or Tylenol Simply Sleep.

That tylenol stuff is great. I took it 3 days ago. I was out in a half hour and didnt move until the alarm rang. And when i did ring, I wasn't groggy, I was fully rested. (When does that ever happen?)

I watch TV until I start to get drowsy.
