What do you eat in a day for example?

This morning I made hard boiled eggs. I ate 3 and didn't eat the yolks.
For lunch I will probably have a can of tuna with mustard. I tried the fat free mayo and it was nasty.
Dinner: steak and veggies.Maybe a little rice.

Hey- you can eat the regular fat mayo dude.. it won't kill you- I eat the reduced fat kind- it's NOT gross.. but the FF IS!

Sue - the Low Fat Helman's Mayo is actually pretty good....I pretty much cut out Mayo completely from my diet, but when I was still eating it, I ate the light and it was really good!!!!!
