i REALLLLLLLLY wanted to do pocketfold invitations - but they're so expensive. I'm thinking it might be better to save money on the invites and spend it on something that i really want at the wedding. With that in mind, being that my color scheme will be navy and silver - what do you think?
Also, I'm thinking of adding a silver bow to this invite - any suggestion on what type of bow?
Very pretty, I love the aspect of color to the invites, it's really refreshing. Perhaps an organza bow or ribbon would be nice?

I like them just the way they are. I would NOT add a bow.
Edited to explain my anti-bow answer: I think the invite looks elegant and sophisticated the way it is in the pic and a bow would totally detract from that look and make them something else...

I love them, I really do. It's perfect for your color scheme. I'm just thinking about the response card, it's going to be difficult for you to read what people put if they write with a blue or black pen (which most people will). Just a thought!!

I love it, but I'm biased, because it's similar to mine, except mine is claret instead of navy, but the same style.
If you are considering sendng them, I would see if I could find small silver pens to include with them so that they can write on the response card!

I love those and I didn't see them until after I ordered mine so I modelled my program after it. It's a beautiful invite.

i had the SAME concern about how people are going to write on the response card.
anyone know where i can find tiny silver ink pens for cheap? ( i don't want to add too much more weight to the invitation b/c of the increase in postage)

there's this invite that allows people to respond in whatever color ink - but i think it loses the elegance of the other invite
Any chance of a silver response card with everything else being navy? I really like them! And I agree that they are gorgous as is and don't need a bow unles syou really want one.

Can you order a sample? This way you can try writing on it to see if it's legible. Just a thought.
