Flowers to be dropped off at house by 2:30pm Girls & Guys to be ready by 3pm Photographer coming to house @ 3pm Limo picking up guys @ 3:30/3:45pm Limo picking up girls @ 4:00/4:10pm Ceremony @ 4:30pm RH @ 6:00pm for pic's CTH starts @ 6:30pm Reception @ 7:30pm

are you taking pics at home? because if you are half hour wont be enough time to take pics ... I dont think you are giving yourself enough JMHO... maybe something like this? My CH and RH are almost the same as yours ...

And I think that your limo should pick you up around 3:45 the latest becaue you never know what happens and I think 30 mins before your ceremony is a lttle risky, no?
This is my timeline:
8:30am - hair and makeup lady to come to my house 11:00 - my BMs should be at my house to get ready and get MU done 12:30 - boks and bouts dropped off my florist 2:30 - photog coming to take family pics and getting ready pics 4:00 - limo coming 6:00 - ceremony at RH 6:30-8 -CH 8-12:30 - reception

Yah. I'am on a tight schedual. LOL My Church is only 10min's maybe with hitting some lights,15min's from my house. IDK, I still have to show this to FH.

Tell the girls and guys they need to be ready earlier than that, you don't want the photographers standing around waiting.
I already told our habitually late bridal party that if they are late and not ready by when we are taking photos then they are not in photos. And for the one groomsman who is two hours late to everything, I told him we are not holding up the wedding for him. It's harsh but I'm not waiting on people. My uncle was late to his wedding and my grandmother was fuming!

LOL! I was thinking about the same thing - 8:30am that's early! I have the same schedule but wasn't getting makeup and hair until 10:30pm.

I have the girls coming at 10 to get hair and makeup done of the ones that want it. Leaving my house at 12:30 to get to hotel, check in and get to my RH before 2 to start getting ready and the photographer will be there as well. 5:30 is rehearsal 6:30 Ceremony

I am having a 7pm ceremony and I plan on having my makeup girl get there about 3. I don't want my makeup done too early.....I want it to last til midnight +++! I am getting airbrushed, the MU artist mentioned that will last 12-16 hours easily, but I don't know I think the 'fresher' my face looks, the better!

I am having my hair done at 9, and makeup at 1030. Photographer coming by 12, Church @ 230. Even though the CH starts @ 6, There are lots of picture taking times before that, and the photographer usually needs like 2 hours before you LEAVE for the ceremony.

Is she only do yours?? Mine is doing my whole BP and my mom .. so there is 6 of us and only one of her and trust me they want to get there early, so you are ready way before the photog shows up.
