Ok so I met with a florist yesterday to get prices....and after talking about the ceremony, the bouquets, and reception....she gave us an approximate amount of how much it would cost. and it came to a little under 4,000. Is that alot. I have no idea what is average. Please let me know if i should look elsewhere. fyi...the stands for the flowers just to rent are 600 dollars. just for the stands. i think that is ridiculous. please let me know what you think
I think that's absolutely a lot. Definitely. Flowers are not that expensive, they are bought wholesale, so she is charging a lot for arranging them and the rental. There are girls that pay up to $10K for flowers, but the average is around $2K. I would look elsewhere...recently I saw a post for Flowers by Emil and the flowers look beautiful. And I think Flowers by Burton (sp?) charges the same no matter the flower, you have other options!
