the designer is Bari Jay, i saw it in a magazine and fell in love with it. I actually was not able to find it on his own web site but i did find it on theknot.com. The style number is 720. I know they sell the dress in Merrick somewhere but i dont remember the place. I did go to Estelles in Farmingdale and they only had it as a sample. They do not order samples so I cant get it there. But Estelles does have the dress with straps. Its a little different but still pretty. Let me know if you need to know the place in Merrick, I can find out for you.

They have that dress at the Bridal Garden in Bethpage. My BM tried it on last night. Plus the trim comes in any color. It's beautiful.

I think the dress is very pretty, and I think black in June is fine. Black anytime is fine BUT, I think it looks a little too dressed down with the ruffle. I don't know why. So I guess it depends on the type of wedding you are having and the time of day.

i LOVE the dress, but i dunno about black on the other hand. If it's ultra formal black is cool, but in june, maybe a nice deep romantic red would do?
Just an opinion, the dress is gorgeous no matter what you decide :O)

I tried on this dress for another bride who was considering it!!!!! I LOVED IT!!! It was very comfortable, a lot of support in the boobs... Also it comes in pastel colors if you werent set on black. I used black for my wedding party, I dont think its morbid at all They have it at Bridal Reflections in Massepequa

I just love that dress that was the dress that i was thinking about getting for the after party.
I like it alot. I am going back and forth between black and white or lilac for my BMs and mine is in June too.

Cute dress. My bestfriend is getting married and we went to try on bari jay dresses. They are all beautiful. your choice is really elegant. I Love it. Good luck with that!
