what do you ladies still have to do

what have you already done? i am trying to figure out what i still need to do

pretty much have all the big stuff done, but have a lot of details to start working on, including making a master check off list for these details. i think one big thing left is getting the invites to the calligrapher and then mailed out then seating charts made. i have prgrams to order and placecards to make. still need my shoes and undergarments. also need a day of schedule...so a lot of small to-do's left.

I'll add to my stress level by trying to list everything we need to do:

January
- find and buy hair pins
- February
- limos
- book RD and invite guests
- fittings
- florist
- choose and book HM
- remind FH to look for GM tuxes
- design and print programs, menu cards and donation notices
March
- buy BM and GM gifts
- find old, new, borrowed and blue items
April
- meet w/ dj
- meet w/ florist
- wedding license
- write ty's for shower
- seating charts
- make donation
May
- buy chocolate fountain supplies
- pay everyone
- pack for HM
- celebrate bday
- bachelor party

So...what have I forgotten???

ETA: just reorganized a few things

I have a lot to do still and it scares me. Plus, I'm now unsure about my dress decision. I think I'm going to be a 2 dress bride. ugh.

My plan here is to make a huge list of everything, then just start at the top and GET IT DONE! I'm overwhelmed though...I'd like to get my dress down, before I make a final decision on Bridesmaid dresses.

melissaandsean- looks like we have a lot of wedding details in common. i'm having my reception at windows on the lake - just down the road from the beach club estate and just a week before you! it also looks like you chose to go with the events unlimited package. we just committed to it last month (mostly out of laziness and lack of time, but still totally satisfied and happy about it). i also got my dress at David's. good luck with your planning!

steal away -- that's why it's here. the month-by-month lists are the only way I stay sane. What you don't see are the items from OCTOBER that I still haven't done yet!

Yes yes! I wasn't going to go with the package, but I work two jobs and finding time to 'pick just the right company' for ALL those vendors was just not happening. So we picked them early on (we booked the BC Feb. of last year) and about a month later, went to one of the shows they have, and then booked events unlimited.

We go to Windows all the time to pay our bill and I did my invitations there. They too, have been nothing but nice and helpful. I've heard all sorts of reviews on Windows/Beach Club...all mixed. So, we'll see. *fingers crossed*

princesspeanut (love the name!) ...believe me! i feel i'm behind...still have SO much to do...i'm just chipping away at the problem though. i still have programs, menus, gifts, placecards to make and buy...so much to do!
