2. Nothing.... I already do my own oil changes and such, so I'm good.

I like that I don't know how to do anything related to the maintenance of my car, and it's okay, b/c someone will help.

oooooh - i hate being treated like a moron when buying a car.
i once walked right out of the dealership because i went in to buy a car, and i brought my dad, and the salesMAN refused to even look at me....even when I asked the questions! i was so angry....grrrrrrr

When I went to buy my pick-up truck the salesman actually said to me.......

What are you going to do with that big thing.....put a hot tub in the back for you & your girldfiends to drive around in?

I love EVERYTHING (except cramps) about being a female..

And i bought my car by myself and i think, them thinking i was stupid played to MY advantage!!!

well first i would say...uhmmm i really like the thingy that goes on the back ...and a pretty silver stripe..

I would say Oh well i really have to wait for my dad to come home...

OR i would call and say uhmmm i just called another Nissan dealer and they gave me this quote...is this high? (even though after calling one place i decreased the price by 1000 before calling the next)...I did that one a couple of times and watched each one go lower!

that last part i always did on the phone NEVER IN PERSON...that never worked!
I also noticed that people would rather sell a used car (sold by the owner not a dealer) to a girl rather than a man...ANd always came down in price...My fh and i did this and pulled a bait and switch!

LOL!!! I love being a woman but it doesn't mean that just because we are pretty, we can't be as smart and driven as well!!! Even though we have come a long way professionally, I sometimes feel that we could be more respected in the work place.
