For your marriage license?

Birth Certificate and driver's license. Proof of divorce if married previously.

oh i know this i went yesterday. you need to forms of ID. you need a birth certificate, naturalization record or baptismal record (one of them) and you need a driverd license or passport (one of them)

i had my birtch certificate and my passport

If you go to a court house in the 5 boros all you need is a valid Id. I had my Driver's License and FH brought his passport. His DL pic is the original pic from when he was 16 yrs old!

Call ahead and check what form of payment they want.

There was a big sign that said money orders only....yea...after we left and got one we found out we could have paid with a credit card.
