Did you pick BM dresses yet?? I went to the Bridal shops, and got some of the books they had there, like Alfred Angelo has a small book of dresses, and my Bm's and I looked thru these small books to get an idea of some dresses. Dessy has them too, and there are a few others.

I like the idea - I threw stuff like that in with their bridal party gifts. I got little satin pouches & put in things they might need the day of the wedding: travel sized hand lotion, nail files, Tums (as a joke), lip gloss, etc. My girls liked it!

ok, the baskets are done!!!!!!!!! thank you ladies for your sweetness and advice. what would I do without you????? In each survival kit is: a 'Flavia' planner (pretty designer), post-its, excedrin, a bridal party contact list with bios I wrote up which include a personal anecdote(usually embarassing) about each girl, and a mini bottle of alcohol specially picked out for each girl. All you'd need!!!!!!

THEY LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!it was great to watch all the girls reading the bios, all laughing. I was sooooo happy i did it!

This is a great idea!
For Novbride's shower she gave us all a folder that she made, it had a collage of pictures of all of us on the front, and inside she had a ton of information to help us out.
It had: All of our full names and contact info (phone and email) contact info of her family and the grooms family, and the best man a list of all her vendors with contact info a detailed schedule of the wedding weekend, etc.
I found this very helpful through the planning of her shower
she also gave us tons of little gifts (she over did it as usual) and one of them was a really cute purse mirror!

That's a great idea. Maybe a disposable camera for them to take pics of wedding stuff or a pic frame for a group shot.
