I set up a date for a hair and makeup trial with these two people from one company. Then the make up person told me she had to double check with the hair person because she might have booked with another bride after all. When I called to ask what had happened, she said the hairdresser is trying to contact the bride and when she knows for sure she will let me know. I still havent heard anything. Should I start looking again? the hair and makeup is 100.00 each service. The trial is 45 for make up 100.00 for hair. Last I heard from them was 10/31 What do you think? Am I just being over anxious?

I would keep calling them and tell them you need a definite answer by a certain date so if teh answer is no, you can start looking. But I guess I would also be a little PO'd that they haven't contacted me in almost two weeks.

I'm not even getting a updo! I didnt mind paying, but I need to feel I can depend on the company for the service. I also keep hearing that the price is high for makeup. I dont know what the heck to do. Everyone is booked that date! Thanks for your advice!

Personally, I think that the price is high as well, but that's not your question, is it? I would look around. In my opinon, a huge part of your business is keeping your customer informed and taken care of, ESPECIALLY in beauty and what not. I would be extremely uneasy and want to look for someone else.

my make up is 115 but im getting airbrushing and jacqueline nicole does an awesome job. my hair is an updo for $40 and thats at a salon by me ive already went for a trial and my trial for hair was $20 and makeup was free.
