Today is our 3 years anniversary!! I still can't believe it's been 3 years...and it only gets better! I can't wait to marry him and spend the rest of our lives together! I wrote this poem for Angelo, what do you think?? I was going to make a card for him using my photography and put this poem in it. Thanks for reading!
As the years go by, you give me more and more reasons to love you.
You’ve treated me with so much respect since we first met.
You’ve never allowed that honeymoon period to end,
But shower me with such appreciation that grows better each day.
Your love for me is so overwhelming, it makes me cry.
You never wanted me to change, but love me for who I am.
Your compassion, tenderness and humility are amazing.
You are so gentle, kind and caring like no other.
You are selfless, giving of everything you have and are.
Your heart for God overflows into your life, spilling onto others.
You are forgiving, and never allow anger to get between us.
You look into my heart and see the very best, and the very worst,
Yet you never judge or criticize, but help me see the good.
You build up my faith and encourage me when I can’t go on.
You’ve been there for me when no one else could.
You take care of me with such devotion that never ends.
