What do you think?

I really wanted to get FH a cigar roller for the wedding but i unfortunately can not afford it. So i was thinking of just making a table with assorted cigars and personalized matches... What do you girls think is that cheesy or a good substitute???
i got a magazine with cigars sold in bulk.. but i dont know what kind to get. or if that would be stupid!

I've seen the groom hand out cigars at the wedding...a bit different from a table with cigars but same general concept

I think it's a great idea.

It's actually what we decided to do. The cigar roller is nice...but kind of expensive. Plus I feel like ppl will be waiting on line for it and miss the rest of the VH (which is when we'd have it set up).

That is such a fab idea - you are very nice Cigars do not have to be expensive to be good. I liked the acid brand - basic but good. They come in the smaller size which is nice. A lot of the magazines sell assorted paks of cigars too - like cigar afficianado - perhaps go to your local cigar shop and talk to them - tell them what your plan is & they can help you out.

my Dad took care of getting them (he and FH love cigars) so i will ask him what he got....maybe just romeo and juliet ....i think i said i liked the name and FH likes them...LoL

FH likes those and cohibas but i know the cohibas are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

Now How many do i get??? i have 152 guest..

Hmmmm.....i have to double check what we got....we are have 250 guests but they are for the men so i think we did 150......i think....but i would assume its about 1/2!

i think its totally fine! itll be a nice touch too.

we have a jazz/cigar hour...and i dont think there is a cigar roller there for it...just a person handing them out (they might as well just be in a box)....or maybe there is someone there to cut them i dont really know.

thats the only thing i would think about before hand...the cigars being cut or not or having a cutter available (but i know nothing really about cigars)

im trying to get him a personalized humidor also to have them displayed in.. but its turing out to be an issue cuz i waited so long!
