Well, it's Greek, and they're pretty lax with stuff like that, so either is 'correct'...it's like when I ask FH his last name 3 times in a day and he tells me a different pronunciation each time

According to Wikipedia, you can use Filo, Fillo or Phyllo so I think you're fine
