My FH and I both like CLM and we have been to a food tasting with both of our parents and everyone liked the food. My problem is....is that I live in Lindenhurst. A part of me feels like who cares that the hall is in the same town and the other part feels like their will be no WOW factor at all because a lot of the people coming have been there before. However, I am sure that some of my guests have been to the other places I have been looking at so it will not be completely new to everyone. I don't know I am soooo torn. What would you do?...would you have it there or think about somewhere else?

Re: What do you think?
I am a CLM bride... I wanted a place where it was new to the family, nobody has been there before for any event, and it wasn't that close to home... But in your situation, I LOVE clm no matter what the circumstances are.. I think if I lived in Lindenhurst I would still have it there! just my opinion!

If you and your fiance love it I would book it!!! There will be a WOW factor no matter what because this is your wedding and your family and friends are there to share YOUR big day, it will be unique from any other wedding that they attended there!!!

Re: What do you think?
You girls are right. It is Long Island and everybody has heard of everywhere. It was just that at the food tasting my FMIL kept saying that FH's boyscout ceremony was there when he was younger and the food is so much better than she remembered lol I was just turned off for a little while because of the boy scout ceremony hahaha I don't know it was a little bit of a turn off but honestly I guess it really isn't a big deal.
