FH was in a wedding party a few years ago that had this scheme- they had an outdoor wedding and it looked very nice.

Here is a photo from that wedding. It was nice and light. I think the BM dresses were lighter than you are thinking, but you get the idea

Posted by IrishAli yes! FH hates tuxedos and he has been in a ton of weddings that he has had to wear them, so I want him to be comfortable, and the slate blue dipioni looks great with the tan linen.

I love it, so much so that that is what we are doing (for the guys).
It's a great look. FH is more comfy in suits as well. Go for it!

I wanted to do that soo bad but FH really wants to wear a black tuxedo. He doesn't want it to look to casual..
