wearing a PINK wedding dress. I want to do something a little different. My mother thinksI am nuts.
has anyone seen a pink dress, if so please post pics.

do you mean very pale pink, or PINK pink? a lot of high end designers (think kenneth pool and james clifford, which is jim hjelm's fancier line) make dresses in very pale green, very pale pink/blush, etc that still look very bridal

not a fan but thats jmo..to each is own of course bottom line is u do what YOU love...whatever decision u do make(whether that be pink or white) just make sure its not going to lead to regret years down the road!

when i went shopping i tried on a dress and it was pink. Actually its funny bc the 2 dresses that i was deciding between, one was pink and one was a pale green lol. The pink was very pretty i have to say and so was the green. Both were kenneth pool dresses so i know he does this and has different colors. I am not the biggest fan of pink so i wouldn't pick it for that reason, but if you like it then go for it. And although i picked the sample that was pale green, i ordered it in ivory. They were BOTH gorgeous colors BUT the beading on the dress didnt show the same as it did in ivory so keep that in mind if you get a colored dress. She showed me how the beading looks if its in ivory and it stood out alot more and just gave it a different look.

My cousin wore a 'blush' colored dress from Maggie Sottero, and you could hardly tell it was pink. It was gorgeous! Not for me - I always imagined myself in white - but I think it's a great way to go ...

yeah, you were the green dress i was thinking of! a friend of mine tried on a james clifford dress and the sample was blush. she said it was gorgeous but she wanted to be really traditional so she ordered it in ivory.
im a bit ehhhh on the issue... i feel like its a decision that may have you looking back in 20 yrs and think 'wth was i thinkin'

lol yeah dont get me wrong, the color was gorgeous. But it wasnt what i pictured and the beading gets lost a little bit in the color.

I'm thinking about wearing pink. I want to look like myself on my wedding day and its just me... This dress is by Maggie Sottero. I have a few more in my dress album. In person you can tell its blush but in pics it kinda looks white or ivory.
