What do you think about Gift Certificates for Bridal Party?

One of my bridesmaids mentioned that she recently received a gift certificate as a bridal party gift. That certainly makes life easier but do you think it's too impersonal?

What do you think about Gift Certificates for Bridal Party?

Not at all, depending on what the Gift Certificate is for. I was thinking about giving my girls each a gift certificate at SpaFinder.com enough for a massage at a local participating spa.

I also think that the spa idea is great too! Maybe you can coordinate to have everyone go together!
