What do you think about this?

I am working on our programs and I have a little space left so I am thinking about adding something like this: What I Will Wear When I Say I Do! Something Old .... Something New - My Bridal Gown which is a gift from my Aunt XX and Uncle XX. Something Borrowed... Something Blue... My Question is - Is it proper to publicly acknowledge a very generous gift like this?

I think your intentions are sweet, but I probably wouldn't mention it. However, only ou know your family and friends best.

I agree with Kate....

I would thank your family for their generousity but I don't think including it in the program is the place. A nice thank you card and maybe a gift would be nice. But like Kate said you know your family and friends best.
