If I don't lose any more weight, I am definitely getting liposuction.
if I do decide to slim my lower half, I will need the boob lift.
right now my boobs are fine...no extra skin, not really droopy. but I feel my hips/thighs are just too big. so if I drop pounds to slim these areas down, my boobs will inevitably shrink. and then I'll be a mess on top.
I can't win for losing.

i'm gonna say liposuction is more invasive--all that poking and breaking up of fat is a lot. i think the recovery for lipo is worse than boobs.
i wish i could afford boob lift--my knockers are gonna be hitting my knees soon.

Lipsuction on the boobs it a great procedure.. BUT if you don't want the sagginess, which can be a sucky side effect of weight loss, I would go with the lift.. I had a full out reduction 2 years ago with a mini lift and it was the best thing I have ever done.. love the boobs now

agreed. Even though I say I want it, it is the one procedure I would never get because when they mess it up, they REALLY mess it up. I still have nightmares about the lipo girl's legs from 'Plastic surgery gone wrong'

agreed...I knwo someone that had lypo for her stomach and thighs FOUR times...and it just did not work....and she wasn't a heavy gal either!
