Hi girls need opinions, what do you think of having your mom as your MH? I have lots of friends and family but the only one I would consider for the responsibility is out of state, but Im not sure if she can do it either. Most of my gf and family are having babies and saving for a house. My parents divorced when I was young and my dad got custody. I know my mom has tried really hard to be there for me and she has been. SO I was wondering if anyone knew of or what you think of having your mom as your MH. I know she will be shocked and it will make her soooo happy to know that I want to make her a part of something very special to me.

I think she would be too. I just wasnt sure if moms can be a MH, lol. I havent seen it. Ive seen fathers as best man but never a mom MH. Who knows maybe I'll be the first of the families. thanks for responding

A friend of the family did that- her mom was her MOH- her dad had passed away about 6 or 7 years ago and it was very sentimental (her mom also walk d her up the aisle) She also had bridesmaids. I say do what you feel!
