The one with the tulle and ribbon is for the women's bathroom. I'm going to use the one on the right for the men's room. But I was wondering if I should decorate it the same way. Will it look too girly for the men's room like that? I asked my FH what they usually look like when he goes to a wedding, but he doesn't remember - he never pay attention to stuff like that! So, should I decorate the same way, a different way, or should I just leave it plain?
I like them a lot. I wouldnt decorate the men's basket the same way exactly, but i would decorate it a little. Maybe some tulle and a darker colored ribbon -- like navy or black?

Nice job! I'd probably leave the men's basket as is, or at the most just add a little bow on each side where the handle meets the basket.

I'd leave as it and just line the bottom with tulle...

You could go either way. I did DIY bathroom baskets too and decorated for both the women's and men's room.
