what do you think of these baskets?--Pics added!!!

Ok, so I have been looking everywhere for baskets for the church to hold my programs and bubbles and haven't really seen any that I liked. Well, yesterday I came across some that were 50% off so I got both for $12. Keep in mind that I am doing the fall theme and my girls are wearing cinnamon... I was all excited and showed my mom and she said 'those are different, where's the handles, and aren't they a little too casual?' So my question to you girls are do you think they are ok or should I keep looking?
I just thought that the handles would get in the way of reaching in the basket to get the programs and bubbles anyway. I do plan on putting an ivory saitn ribbon around the top edge of the basket to dress them up a little bit... Please give me your honest opinions.

I think the ribbon would be a nice added touch. (and no worries -- everyone is going to be looking at you -- not the baskets!)

Yes, I would definetely add the ribbon to the top and think about the girls having to hold them to hand out the bubbles and if the fact that it doesn't have a handle will make it difficult for them.
I do agree with the above post, though...don't stress about baskets. I don't even remember seeing the baskets I decorated at my wedding!

I think they are cute! Especially for the price, I think the ribbon will add a nice touch. I say keep them!

I like the baskets, with our without a ribbon.
Since they both sort of dip in just under the top, how about a length of tulle tied around them, just to dress them up ?
I agree that a handle would just get in the way.

I think they are perfect for the wedding programs and bubbles. They are so definetly autumn baskets!!!

I really like them ! They are perfect as is but a ribbon would look great too. I don't think you need a handle...just set them out somewhere and people will take them or you can have the BM grab them out of the basket as she's handing them out. Holding the basket gets heavy anyway.
