actually they're pink sapphires and it's a color in my wedding and also matches my engagement ring

lol, thanks, I've had much practice living with FH for 2 years. His sister keeps telling me how excited she is to be having a jewish person in the family to help her save money and get great deals.

Ha! Does he not buy something until he's positive he's found the best deal on it? That's what I do and I save FH a ton of money. Before me he paid full price for everything! He had SUCKER written across his forehead and I windexed it off!

Well, actually, I am the bargain hunter! BUTTTTTT...if I DO find a cheaper deal and show it to him, its game over.
This happened recently with furniture. We went to an expensive store (that we really cant afford) and I fell in love with this couch. He loved it too. Later I saw a similar couch - but super dee dooper crappy quality- in an ad for less money at a different store. I didn't show him though because I KNEW that if he saw it he'd buy the cheaper/crappier version.
So sometimes I'm such a good bargain hunter that it works against me.
