What do you think of these ornaments as favors? Would you want one? They're Lenox & I got a good deal on them at Macys. I would do 1 per couple... Oh yeah, My wedding is the day after Thanksgiving.....

Yes, I would like to receive it as a favor as well. I, too, believe in functional favors. My only question is do all of your guests celebrate Christmas? Do you have any guests who are not Christian?

i think its really cute.
i'm jewish.. but i have a 'hanukkah bush' (aka a silver and blue mini tree) and i love to get ornaments as long as they aren't christmasy. personally i wouldn't want the angel.. but the others are adorable. very cute idea.

I know - my Mom and I were thinking about that too.... My Mom and I have a few friends that don't celebrate Christmas (probably less than 8 people on our list). I tried to get more snowmen and snowflakes than angels. I guess they can 're-gift' if they get an angel?

How funny, those are my favors too!!!! I got them at the Lenox Outlet in Riverhead. They were $5 and an additional 20% off as well. I bought lenox boxes for them too. I am doing a whole xmas/winter theme. So I am making them look like presents. Great find... you have great taste, hahaha!!! I also got all three styles. I like the angel the best to be honest... Wish I had known about the big Xmas in July sale earlier!

they are really nice. However, if you have Jewish people coming to your wedding, they don't have trees, and thus anything to use that on. I am not sure how many you will be having though.

I love them!
We bought lenox ornaments for our favors at the outlets last year day after Christmas! (Ok, yes the mobs of people were insane and a total headache! - But we ended up getting them for 75% off!)

I don't think so... I don't know how we could do that, although it's a good idea! I'll probably print a tiny card or something with our names & the date to attach to the outside.

These favors are NOT tacky! They are very pretty, and functional. Very nice choice!
