what do you think of this???

my fh owns a lanscaping business and he starts getting really busy right after our wedding in march. we were going to wait until january 07 to go on our honeymoon to disney. I want to go this january. Is it alright to go on our honeymoon before our wedding???

I don't see a problem with it, if that's what you both want to do. It may not feel the same bc you won't actually be married yet, but I'm sure you'll still enjoy the time away together. It certainly makes sense, I could understand you not wanting to wait.

I don't believe there is a right & wrong way to do anything when it comes to the wedding or honeymoon! Just a thought though, after the wedding is over, you will want some time to relax as husband & wife...Is there a way he can take maybe a long weekend to do something? Or another option would be to do like you said & wait til January 07 for the HM!

My FI owns a landscaping business too!! How funny is that???

I dont know what I'd do in your situation. Im so sorry. Im getting married at the very end of August which means my honeymoon will fall during 'cleanup season-September' Honestly.. I wouldn't wait to Jan.. I'd take it before.. and NO its not WRONG. You need to do whats convenient for you both.. dont worry about right from wrong because its your wedding-no one else's, so whos to judge??

yes, the morning after the wedding we are going to go to atlantic city just to relax for like 3 days. but then i would have to wait until jan.07 for disney. plus I feel that it would be good for us to get away from everything right before the wedding.

And yes we are going the monday right after our wedding. His father runs the business with him, so he will have backup (THANK GOD!

Thats totally up to you I know we are gonna wait a little while after we are married to go on our honeymoon so waiting isn't a bad thing to do but i f you want to go before hand thats fine but in my opinion it wouldn 't feel like a honeymoon

Hey, my FH owns a Landscaping business too or should I say me three.

We were also thinking of waiting after our wedding to go on a HM since we are getting married in June and he is busy then. We were going to have a weekend getaway. But I think we may just go after the wedding.

I think you and FH should do whatever works for both of you. As long as you both are happy that is all that matters!
