I keep looking at this dress. It's two pieces so that would help me tremendously with alts. Im a 44 shoulder I never wanted a dress with pic ups. I WANT HONEST OPINIONS PLEASE!! Thank you ladies!!

i loooeee that dress! !!! and yes you can have a bustle- i have pick ups and my seamstress is making a gorgeous bustle- it looks so classy and beautiful!!!

I am getting what they call a French bustle.. where it bustles from underneith.. and looks like part of the dress..
I love the pickups and the buttons on the back. Have you tried it on yet?
Not yet. I'm going at the end of the month. The thing is I keep going back to it. Over and over. So I think that it's the one and I know that I won't look like a cow bc it's 2 pieces....which I didn't know until today! I read the description for the first time. I didn't want pick ups so I never bothered. But I can't take my eyes off it. I think boob-wise, i'll do good too!

I am personally not a fan of pickups. BUT, if a bride loves them I think the top should not be very busy. Pickups are already 'busy' and draw attention to the eye.
Having said that...I, personally, think this dress' top is too busy for a pickup bottom. But really, what is my 2 cents worth?

Yeah, I never liked pick ups either. But bc I am so broad and know the kind of trouble I have with the shoulder department I really need something that is two piece. I love the top. It dosen't have to be halter but I like the bodice look. I also know that look is flattering on me. I didn't want a long cathedral train either. It's really hard to find a dress. When I look at the informal dresses they are too informal for me. But the big old poofy ones are too big for me. I guess that I will have to go and try stuff on and see what happens.
I love that your so honest. You said something else in another post of mine. It's good to get different points of view bc sometimes you just wouldn't think of it like that otherwise.

Wow! Thanks. I always try to make sure someone is asking for HONEST OPINIONS before i give them. If you had written I looveee this dress what do you think I wouldnt have been so candid.
BUT, its tough because we all have such different taste! The pickups could even out your broad shoulders, but like you said you won't know until try them on. Keep us posted!!
