What do you think of this dress for my shower?

I want to be surprised for my shower, but my mom and I discussed it and thought I should have an outfit set aside for the shower and that she'd bring it on that day - that way I can actually not look horrible at my shower!

What do you think of this dress? The straps are removeable. I think I'd add a little cardigan or shrug in case there's AC or something. It's on sale for $59.99 and I don't have anything in that color already.

I think the 10 might fit me fine right now, but I can't be sure. I used to wear an 8 in their clothes but gained weight and am now losing a bit again. I guess I can just order both sizes and decide once I try them on.

I bet that you would have no problem with the 10......I would order that one. But have you tried on any of their clothes lately....to get an idea how the sizes run with your new body??

That's really cute. I don't want to be surprised for my shower either-for that reason alone!! I think I have an idea of when it will be, so I just have to make sure hair & makeup is done every weekend in July!!!

I say order the larger size because its affordable as you said to alter it and you can always cut fabric off but you cannot add any and why be stressing yourself out over losing a few last stubborn pounds just to get into the dress? the dress should fit you, you shouldnt have to fit the dress. JMO.
