My aunt sent me her favorite waterford crystal bar glasses. I had others on my registry but I can't decide if I like these or not...
Both fh and I are undecided. They are kinda cool looking and the crystal is awesome so i'm thinking I might keep them lol. We just really wanted the ones on our registry.
How many did she send you? If it's just a set of 4, I'd keep them but still keep the others on your registry as well.
If it's a full set of say 8 or 12, I'd personally return them and just get what you registered for. You don't even have to tell her, just do the return yourself.

Glasses never go to waste, I would say keep them and just leave the other ones on your registry. If no one buys them then you and your FH can get them later on and no one would know the difference.

Same thing happened to me, my aunt purchased martini glasses for me for xmas (I dont even know where they went to be honest...) and they were not what we registered for...
BUT i do have to say that having an extra set of glasses becomes very useful around the holiday time, and no one is going to be looking at the patterns on the glasses or know you didnt register for them...I say keep them and use them whenever you need extra glasses

an extra set isnt always a bad thing to have around especially if you like to host. but as for look, im not really that crazy about them but i would probably still use them

Personally, I really like them, I love the pattern, its different yet not overdone. Like someone else said, glasses never go to waste, so I would keep them.

i love them!! KEEP THEM.. TRUST ME.. u will need as many glasses as possible..
we have like 30.. but i cant tell u how many times we had to use plastic cups when i was entertaining. lol

thanks for the input girls...im still on the fence about them. they arent my style but i kinda like them and they would be good to keep around. also, my mom suggested going to the waterford outlets (where they apparently came from) and exchanging them for something better that i like...what do u think about that?
