TY Tia, I love it, but I'm too nervous to buy it this early, maybe I'll find something else, thats what my moms keeps saying anyhow, but I don't want it to be discontinued

Sweetie, I know how you feel about buying your dress early! I have a year and a half to go before I get married and I just found my dress on Thursday and after work today (doing OT for wedding $$$) I am going with mom and dad to show dad and they're leaving the deposit. It's already signed and a done deal...
I am going to STOP looking at magazines and on The Knot at bridal gowns or else I might find something better...but you know what? It doesn't matter WHEN you buy your gown...even if it's 6 months before the wedding, new gowns come out all the time...and there is no way on earth to see every single gown ever made that just MIGHT make it into a magazine your're browsing through.....if you find a dress you love and you try it on and everyone's jaws drop to the ground and you feel like you never want to take the dress off...then THAT is your dress! STOP LOOKING! But it wouldnt hurt to look at a few more if you've only tried on 1 or 2. I tried on about 20!
(I'm saying this cause I feel the same way you do)
BTW: this dress is GORGEOUS. Absolutely breathtaking....

It's beautiful. I think you and I are the only 2006 brides here for now. I too am in love with a demetrios ilissa dress, but mine is from their last year collection. I am so torn about ordering it or not, since there is still so much time. But like you I don't want it to be discontinued. By the way we are also both engaged to military men. My FI is in the Navy.
