I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DRESS!!! If I saw this when I was looking, I would have bought it in a minute! It's all a matter of personal taste- I'm not a big fan of all of the detail on a lot of dresses, and I think the simplicity and the selective detail (trim on the empire waist, the back) make it SOOO elegant and classy.
Remember, it's all a matter of personal taste, and this is mine! This is COMPLETELY bridey, and it's absolutely beautiful! Congratulations!

I think its very pretty. I didn't want the princess look either. So I like that its simple, classic, and pretty.

I love it! My gown has a very similar shape (I am not going doing the traditional bridal gown route either). Once I tried my gown on with a veil it came together, I was very anti-veil until I put one on with my dress, then I knew I really wanted one. Every bride has a personal style and vision of how she wants to look on her wedding day; if this gown is what you like, go for it! It's beautiful!!!

I think it's very pretty, it's simple and elegant. Don't let yourself be fooled into thinking it's not 'bride' enough because it's not big and poofy with pickups. I went through that phase, and I really think that sometimes this site makes you second guess yourself. If it's the dress YOU love and feel great in, that's all that matters. Personally, I love it

I think it is beautiful I am not really into that princess look with all the fluff and beading either, even though other brides look wonderful in it. Go with your gut!

JMO! I would not pick this type of dress because I like the 'wow factor'. But, on the other hand the dress is simple but elegant. You add some nice accessories to it and their is your WOW factor.
When you tried on the dress what feeling did you get? Did you like it or loovvvvvvvvvvveeeeeee it?

I did... it looked very pretty.
I have always pictured myself in something 'non-princess like' but didn't know if ultimately that is the way to go.
I don't want to look like I could be wearing that dress on any random day...
Go with what your instincts tell you to do and not what you think others will expect.
I happen to think the dress is GORGEOUS and I would definitely think of it as a brides dress!!!

its def bride enough... i dunno when or how we've equated big and poofy with bridal
its personally not my style (i never cared for the all satin look), but people will def know YOU'RE the bride!
