I am toying with different ideas with this. I didn't want to do a pic frame or anything like that- I wanted to give chocolates.
I came upon these personalized favor boxes, and am thinking to have written on them something like
Jane & Tom (or Guest whatever) Table 2
it gives you two lines in a specific font. then I would put 2 Jacques Torres chocolates (a white and a dark) inside, so they can eat their table markers....
what do you think?

it is very different but not sure if it is the way to go...It is more like a 'favor' then a place card holder

the one thing is- isn't it also a favor when you use a pic frame or one of those little antique chairs or teapots.....
I am thick- please, if you don't mind being more specific- it would be helpful.

cute idea...
only thing is do you want them to individualy put on each box the guest's name and table?? from the website it seems like they will only do a minimum quantity of 100 with one specific design/personalization... does that make sense???
also... what if at the last minute guests change and you need to change around tables?? I know for our e-party we were changing things up until we left!!

Usually if you use a picture frame or chair for the place settings it is not the favor. People usually give out favors too. But of course you can use that as the place setting and the favor. It is really all up to you. Your wedding your way!

hmmm...I will have to figure this out...maybe I can order them plain and use clear labels to print myself....
we'll see- this could be a project not worth the effort!
