So, I'm planning my friend's bachelorette dinner and I have a set menu. This menu includes 3 hour open bar and the price is $55 dollars per person.
Tell me what you think of the menu.... Does it look ok and that it could satisfy lots of different people? I don't know why I'm stressing over this.... UGH
wasabi-crusted salmon over braised mixed vegetables
filet mignon with grilled asparagus & lobster mashed potatoes
goat cheese stuffed chicken breast with asparagus & roasted potatoes
manchego macaroni & cheese with edamame, haricot vert & citrus salad

it sounds pretty good to me, but a bit fancy...it really depends on the guests--are they the type to be into things they might not know, or fancy combos of things? if so, I think you will be good!

I'm not sure. I sent this menu to the other bridesmaids (who have not helped me with anything!) I hope they think it's ok!

Where is the party? it does sound fancy and i am a picky eater but i am sure people will find something on there! That's a great price!

can't go wrong with the cheesburger thing,and probably the chicken for the main course...even the filet although the lobster mashed potoatoes would be tough but definitely could eat

MMMM sounds real good to me. I LOVE empanadas, and also fried calamari so for apps i'd even have a hard decision as to which one to pick
entree's sound great to me too. Theres a fish, beef, chicken and then a pasta platter which is good for vegetarians.

See now I LOVE everything on there. I think the dishes sound more elaborate than they are- so some picky eaters might get scared (my FH is the pickiest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) But, I think it looks great

Great!!! Thanks for ur input.
I am just being super cautious because her bridal party has been weird about $$$. They didn't want to give me $20 dollars for her shower favors and her mother is hosting the shower! That's the only thing we would have been in charge of...

Exactly! I love everything on the menu but picky eaters may get scared. I'll ask the restaurant for a 'plan b'
