that sounds about average, I don't like that they cap the amount of proofs, but then again 700 is a lot of pic!

no parent ablums or cd of proofs? They should give you the proofs for free. i think you can do better than that IMO

Its alright but I think you can do better. I guess it really depends on what style pics they take and if their work is worth it.

def find out if they give all your proofs on a CD... otherwise, they will make you buy through them and charge you a small fortune

That sounds very good, but one VERY important thing to ask is if the '2nd Photographer' is a real, main, shooting, photographer. Because sometimes they say that and it turns out to be an assistant who hands the real guy a camera...
The price and package sounds very reasonable though! HTH!
