What do you think of this quote?

Ok I am looking for a charter bus 50 people & this is what I found ----
$1,050 (plus tip if we want) for a 56 person bus - pick up 6pm brooklyn, ny drive everyone to CB - and then between 1:30-2:30 drive everyone back -make two stops - one in Queens near a taxi stand and one in Brooklyn near a taxi stand..

I've been calling around a couple of companies and guess what (i totally forgot) the Pope is in town during the weekend of my wedding so 90% of the bus companies dont have any buses.
One company gave me a quote of $1,450

Should I just book the one for 1050 or keep looking?

What do you ladies think?

What about calling your limo company? Dont they have buses?

I think there is a thread with some prices- i'll see if i can find it for you... did you also try pricing out two smaller vans that seat like 20- i think I read that someone got those for $300 a peice?

We are using two 14 pass vans for our OOT, we went thru our limo company and they gave us a good deal.
