What do you think of this response card?

What do you think of this response card?

I'm trying to design my invitation. Basically the one I picked comes with an RSVP card that doesn't have a line for 'No. of Persons.' I want that there b/c I'm scared someone will just put there name on the RSVP and not tell me they are bringing a guest.

Anyway, what do you think of the way I put 'No. of Persons' on the same line as 'Accepts with Pleasure.' Should i put it on the line below? That would also require me making the font smaller so everything isn't squished.

LOL! Yeah, it's amazing at how people get confused by the simplest things. Hence my worry that someone will just put down their name and show up with a guest!
