What do you think of this wall unit?

We are trying to find a wall unit to fit a 55 inch wide screen tv. This is no easy task....so was just wondering your opinions.

1. Do you like this wall unit?

2. Do you think it would look ok with a beige couch and a coffee table that has a black base and copper top?

I like it and I think it will look fine with a beige couch...you can even add some color with maroon colored throw pillows or something. I absolutely HATE having too many different wood grains/stains in one room, so I think the black solves some of those problems.

I think it would definetly match, but the only thing I don't like about it is theer are too many opened areas, I prefer wall units that have doors, because regardless of how neat you try to keep it, clutter always gathers up & it looks sloppy.
