Do you think that it would look funny if the groomsmen wore different tuxes than FH? He wants to wear a tux with a vest (silver or ivory) and tie, have his bro (best man) wear one with a vest and tie (black vest though), and have the other groomsmen wear their own tuxes with black bow ties and cumberbuns.
I have been looking for pics that show the groomsmen wearing diff tuxes, but can't find any. Do you think this will look bad, esp in pics?

JMO but I think it would work if all the GM were in different tuxes than FH but for them ALL to wear different tuxes makes me think that your pics are not going to come out right

I would agree with this, but it OCULD work. Look at thir tuxes. If they are all similar enough you cna pull it off, like if they're all 3 button, or they're all 4 button no one's going to know the difference. I mena even the same tux will look different on 4 diff guys. You need to look at them side by side

yes i think it would look weird in pics i wouldn't do it ETA...i hate cumberbuns

I also think it might look a little weird in the picutures, but the best thing to do is to see how they look in the tux shop. I also asked my photographer on his opinion when were picking tuxes. Fh is wearing tails with a white vest and bow tie, all the other boys are wearing a regular black tux with silver vest and black bow ties

I agree with the other girls. I think if all the gm had a different tux they may look odd. See if the kinda match each other and if you can work with them.

gm and bm should be whereing the same... (this is what i did)
or
you can all have the same tuxes...but different (matching) insides... i wore silver when they had black. we all had the same patterns also

I think it would look great. i was in a wedding where all the bm wore different dresses in different shades of pick and it looked great so why not different tuxes? it think it would great
