I think the dresses are beautiful. The flowers also look gorgeous with them. I am not a big fan of the single strand of pearls, but that is just my own personal taste, there are plenty of people out there who do like that look though because it is very common. I don't understand why your coworker would change her mind about the dresses just because someone posted that they don't like pearls? Tell her to get over it and order them, the dresses look great!
PS Is that a shrug or is it just a wrap that is tied in the back?
