I'm trying to figure out when my shower is...I know I know, I'm a terrible bride BUT I wanted to know your opinions....
I THINK it's either Aug 14th or the 21st
BM (I only have one) just wrote me an e-mail and said she's going to Atlantic City Aug 13th, 14th, & 15th.
Do you think she's lying to throw me off? Or do you think she's really going?

That's funny that you write that b/c I was thinking the same thing. One of my BM's e-mailed me and another BM last week asking us to go away with her the weekend of Aug 14th and 15th (she has a house in PA). She knew I would not be able to go that weekend b/c of things I have planned. I feel like she did that to make me think she is going away and throw me off. You never know!

Noooooooooooooo! I'm ashamed of you guys!!! Shame, shame, shame! Our showers are something that they've worked very hard to accomplish a nice lil surprise... don't ruin it.

I thought I did. I just feel as though this is the ONE thing I have NO control over and it's KILLING ME!!! It's more or less a 50/50 situation. I want to be surprised but then again I want to know.

I have to know when my shower is. I hate not being in control. I did a little research and found out my shower is on 8/29.

one of the best parts of my shower was how much i was surprised. so many people went the distant to keep it from me. even though some had left clue i was too crazy to realized. I had said the same thing people had made plans for every weekend except the weekend of my shower when my FI had said we were going to work on the house and on the way to home depot ( dressed in ratty tshirt and shorts) he brought me to my shower!
