Do you have a real recipe book or do you use a notebook/binder?? I want to put together a nice one.

I use a photo album. That way if the pages get dirty you can clean them. My mom taught me this and I am doing the same.

I'm a dork, I just have a Word file on my PC.... now that you brought it up I really need to back-up my files! I can't afford to risk losing my recipes!

Re: What do you use as your recipe book?
I have like 6 word files on my home PC and they are backed up too - luna! I even started making the recipe names in different colors as a code to the main ingredient - but I eventually got bored of that - ok I am a dork too! But I found it really inconvenient on my computer because I would have to search thru every time I needed a recipe and print it out.
So everytime I see a great recipe online I copy and paste it into a word doc and then I eventually print the whole document out and insert it into my binder which I keep in the kitchen. I have the binder sorted by ingredient/meal. The only thing with that is if a page gets wet the ink may smear because I have an inkjet. I like the idea of photo album type pages but not sure if I will every get around to doing something like that.
