What do you use to bathe your dog?

I read that normal human shampoo will kill fleas....is it ok to use baby shampoo?

Thats what we heard too - we actually bought shampoo from our vet. Sorry I couldn't be of help

l'oreal volumizing or sheer blonde by john frieda. whatever is in the tub. charlotte has hair, not fur, so we use people shampoo. with dh's old dog, we used baby shampoo by johnson and johnson.

it also depends on how often you bathe them and to help with their skin and coat, if you feel it is drying out, you can add some olive oil, like teaspoon, to their food.

I mix a little of my shampoo w/ puppy shampoo for Chewie. It works good.

We use Johnson's baby shampoo. But we hardly ever bathe Bama. I got these dog cleansing cloths from Target and I usually just wipe him down with those occasionally. If he's really dirty or smelly then we give him a bath.

we use Puppy shampoo that smells like baby powder on Golem too - I think it's called Perfect Coat or someting like that. The shampoo is nice though, it makes his coat so shiny and he always smells like a clean little baby after his bath

I use Four Paws brand Oatmeal shampoo and when he was a puppy I was using 8 n 1 brand tearless puppy shampoo.

i use an anti-itching doggy shampoo. i think its Hartz.
dharma i use human soap pn her body & regular shampoo on her hair!

People shampoo is the wrong PH for dogs. I tried it on Oscar. He smelled great and the nice smell really lasted but his skin got flakey. Now I use Oatmeal shampoo. I am not sure what brand I have.
