i got my dress doing one of those match price deals (a great steal, and totally worth it)...so my bridal salon didnt show me how to, or what to use to bussle my dress...how i have to figure it out on my own? Can a use a broach, or will that leave a HUGE hole in my dress? Any suggestions.
Also can you post your bussle pic...

My dress has strings underneath it in cooridinating numbers, all I have to do is match them up and tie them together....HTH

You can try doing a search on here........I would suggest getting a dress bustled professionally, you can't just use a brooch. If you are getting your dress altered, ask your seamstress if she can do it for you.

ditto. your dress might need a bustle that you can't do--such as a french bustle that requires strings inside the dress to be sewn in and tied.....or an overbustle that the seamstress needs to put a hook in.
