folders on your computer? Microsoft word, excel??? just a wedding binder?? websites???
i am excel challenged so FH got me this program called i do couples editions and it lets you add your guest list, addresses, gits, seating arrangements, vendors, to do list yadda yadda and you can print out certain things like the whole guest list or guest who are missing addresses i didnt like it at first because i didnt need most of the tasks it gives you but after i found out you can add and delete anything i really like it and you can print in different colors it prints right off Microsoft word for all my photos i have a folder with like ten sub folders i am constantly adding and deleting from and a wedding binder <--forgot about that

I have a notebook that I keep everything in. All the pictures of inspiration that I have are in a folder on my computer.

I have a three ring binder with dividers and plastic sleeves. I keep everything in there by category- including ideas and contracts....
Then on the computer I have a wedding folder...and in that folder everything is divided into seperate folders...

I went to walmart and got this file holder, it holds hanging files and i grouped it by hall,church, dj flowers etc.. i keep all of the info and contract separately and the thing is pretty big so i cant misplace it. I highly recommend something like that. it was like $10

I have a bridal planner that I keep all pictures of ideas I have and contracts in. I actually use the guest list on here to put names and addresses in an organized place. There's the A,B, & C list. Plus later there's a part for seating arrangements. I love it!

I have a folder with seperate compartments for each vender I book. But anything I see that I like I keep in a folder on my aol favorites.

I have a binder for all my fianal stuff, which so far is just is RH and Video. but i made allt he tabs and sleeves for the future/ Then i have an expadable file folder that i keep the vendors im going to meet with it; and on the computer i have a wedding file then a bunchof sub folders ofr everything

Organization isn't my strong suit but I have a wedding file on my computer with ideas, I like and my guest list is typed in the knot. I would like to get a wedding binder though.

I have a wedding planning binder, which has things like contracts, contact sheets, comparison sheets, idea pages, a calendar, a checklist, and folders. I'm using weddingwire for my budget, theknot for guest list (but they just changed it and I'm not sure if I like it), I have bookmark folders for each thing for sites for vendors, ideas, and bridal blogs, and I also have a folder in my documents with folders for each thing to put pics and etc. I have bookshelf with all my mags and books, and it will start to fill with actual things for the wedding. My FH usually likes to organize and coordinate things, but he realized I already had it under control. LOL. I think he was happy about that!

i bought a wedding binder- but ive been using post its- a planner and that- and once a week or so i try to re go through all my ideas
oh and a 4 page checklist haha between all of that i somehow stay relatively organized- ive gone through the next 12 months on the calender outlining things i have to get done each month

I bought a filing cabinet that I divided up into sections and I also have a notebook with everything written down in I bring it with me to everything wedding related!

I have a few things that I use to store everything. Every wedding related email I get goes to a 'Wedding Inbox' in my email. I have a wedding wire account that helped me with my guestlist and inspiration board.
I also have an excel spreadsheet saved with my guestlist and relationship for each person. I'll gather addresses in a few months and put them in my spreadsheet.
Lastly, I have a binder full of inspiration pictures of dresses, cakes and my wedding location that I bring with me when I'm going to book vendors. That way, they have a good idea of my overall vision when we speak.
