What do youthink of this bedding collection?

I saw it yesterday at macys and really liked it so I added it to my registry....

I think it's really pretty!

The only thing I'd look out for is that SOME (not all) of the hotel collection feels starchy instead of soft and comfy. I'd just be careful b/c you want to make sure your bed is comfortable.

FH and I had such a hard time finding bedding we liked. We finally found it, added it to our registry, then found out it was being discontinued. So we bought it all ourselves! HA!

I know what you mean about the starchy feel, thankfully this one is soft and the coverlet that goes under the duvet is even softer

I'm lucky that one of my aunts from Italy wants to buy us our whole bedding collection as a gift and she said money is no object but I still feel bad going overboard so I figured this one isnt too overboard.

I'm going to be honest, so please don't be offended. I don't really care for it, it seems kind of cold and uninviting. I know, I know, pot meet kettle, but it does seem very hotel-y and impersonal to me.

Thanks for being honest and I am totally not offended, I can totally see what you mean...in person it actually looks kinda golden and warm, the pic online is a bit off

It's really pretty! But kind of light colored and fancy. If you're having kids any time soon, I might reconsider because kids slobber and get things on their hands.

I wanted really nice bedding too but i change my mind too much and we want babies like NOW so I'm going with something a little cheaper that can just be thrown away or donated if I get sick of it or it gets ruined.

Love it!!

I have HC sheets/duvet/pillowcases, they're SO GOOD and they get better with every wash.
