What does everyone have planned for this week? Any appointments???

I have an appointment on Tuesday with videographer. I'm excited! I think I am going to book him. He seems really nice and I have heard nothing but great things about him. I also saw a demo of his work. What appts do you girls have? Dress shopping???

I'm on vacation from work this week so I am going to two places to try on dresses- one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday and we are also going to see a DJ on Wednesday night. I might try to check out a couple of florists too but I haven't made any appointments yet. I'm very excited to have time to do 'wedding' stuff. It's been a challenge with my work schedule to make appts with vendors.

On Sunday we're going to meet with our hall to discuss possibly changing our date b/c of $$ issues. After that i really want to meet with the photogrpaher we want to book again. I thought I would look at a million photographers, but I really like one in particular. I might look at a few more before I make my final decision. I want to look at FranklinSquare, Sherwood Triart, Creative Concepts and B rett M atthews before I make my final decision..but it just seems like so much work to me. FH and I have so little time together, it;s such a waste to spend all of this time running around to vendors.

Oh, speaking of videographers, I was NOT a fan of one of the videogrpahers we met with. He was SO nice until he started this hard sell at the end. It was November of 2004 and our wedding is December of 2006 and he was puching us to book because he's so popular that he might not have our date if we don't book in 2 weeks..and he said 'what can I get you to do to book today'...meanwhile when we first met him at the bridal show and on the phone he seemed SO nice and SO not pushy.... then when we met at his office he gave me SUCH a bad feeling. I have a whole list of questions for videographers and he really didn't like some of them. When I asked how much say I'd have in the final edit, he basically said that if I didn't like it, there was nothing I could do, because he's some kind of 'artiste'...

I plan on making photographer appts for this wk and next wk hopefully. Also, finalizing our engagement party.

Hoping for finish registering at Bed, Bath & Beyond today...Thursday FH & I are going out to celebrate our 1 year kick-off!!

We have an appt w/ a photographer on Tuesday!!! We really haven't done much, b/c I was tied up with my sister's Bridal Shower...

We're busy with moving from Queens to Suffolk this week. I'm so stressed. URRRRR!!!!

I emailed La blossoms to see if I can make an appointment this weekend. I am also going to a mini bridal show in Smithtown, that has a florist , photo and video and limo. They are giving a lot of deals if you book at the show.

I'm so excited. I have lots to do. I have my makeup and hairs trials and also my first fitting and my mom's fitting. I have to remember to take the camera.

Appt with Duet tomorrow, Thursday will see Long Island Sound and try on the dress I want again! I am also booking Burtons on Saturday!

Appt. with Duet on Wednesday. Most probably booking videographer the end of the week. then go from there

FH is going to book with Bravura, but I can't go. I have to work on Saturday. I don't have any other appointments until April 9.
