having a life again!
it's been 3 years, so I hardly even remembered what it was like to just BE and not be engaged and wedding planning! It's so nice to be able to relax, go visit friends on the weekend, read a book in the evenings, get to bed early, actually concentrate on work... I'm finally going to have the time and energy to finish my Masters degree... I'm sure lots of people are disappointed that it's over or feel sad or miss the excitement and the planning... but I was just so RELIEVED! Our party ended at 1am, and I could NOT have been more ready for it to all be over! It was fun while it lasted, but I really wouldn't ever want to do it again.
I feel the SAME way! FH and I always do little projects together and mini-adventures but since the planning has gone full-time we can barely sit down for 2 hours without something wedding related coming up
