hey I've had my wedding bands made by them.. and I have no complaints.. the only thing is that you have to make an appt. they do not except walk-ins. Also, once you go there... and if you're not sure if you want to go through with them.. you can say 'well, let me think about it' you only get 1 appt. I would say to shop around first in retail stores.. and if you don't find anything to your liking then go to Elsa's... b/c like I said once you go and you have not made up your mind by the end of your appt. you will not get another appt.

Huh? WHat do you mean you don't get another appointment? What happens if after you go there you tell them you want to think about it, then you think about it and you want to go back. They don't let you go back?

yeah that is very weird, i mean how do you tell people NO you cant come back lol, i mean isn't the point of business to have customers come back, they probably lose customers who dont want to make a decision on the spot

Re: What does everyone think of Elsa Jewelers

hi there!

when I went for my appt. I did'nt pickup that up when Stephen said that within my appt. Mike had to bring it to my attention. But try to understand this... when we went for our appt. we went for 1pm.. but when we left it was 3:30 pm! so think about it if we said um.. let me think about it... they just wasted 2 1/2 hours and didn't make any money. they can't do that all the time... i know it sounds weird... but everytime you go you get one on one attention.. for as long as you want. But as strange as this may sound.. Stephen did not put any pressure at all. he let us make our decision on our own... by the time your appt is over.. trust me you'll know whether or not if you would want to proceed or not... making the decision will not be hard at all.

What I would suggest is that you gals go to the retail stores 1st and see if you find anything to your liking and if you don't then go to elsa's. That's what we did.. Elsa's was our last resort. We were looking hi and low for a wedding band to compliment my e-ring and we couldn't.. the only option we had if we went with the retail stores was to wear my e-ring on a different hand... and i was not having that! so when we went to elsa's they knew what I was looking for (b/c was detailed about the design) and they made it happen. My girlfriend did the samthing went looking all over and all the retail stores told her that the w-ring that she wanted wasn't possible.. and Elsa's was her last resort and she end going with them and now she will have the ring that she always envisioned.

Keep in mind that the Elsa's go accordingly to your budget.. so whatever your budget.. that's what they will work with.. they did for me and I stayed within my budget. And I got a really nice ring at half of what the retail stores wanted to charge me... HTH

FM if you want more details.
